2020 is the 30th anniversary of AM90. To mark the anniversary, Nike has re-crafted the Air Max 90 and also launching a series of the 90s family. Due to covid-19 pandemic, we can’t held a big event like before. So we moved it to online for a new kind of experience.

STRATEGY

Since there will be a series of new sneakers launching for Air Max Day 2020, we created a series of editorial contents. It includes inspiring KOLs stories, the 90s culture, behind the design of the sneakers, look books of different sneakers and live board cast etc. Air Max is always in the air.

SOCIAL STRATEGY

Following the teaser video and KOL announcement of the unboxing event. At 3.27pm, 27 March 2020 Air Max Day, Hong Kong sneaker head Horace unboxing the Air Max 2090 along with other special edition sneakers. Next after Cecilia Yeung has another round of unboxing her own tailor made goodies for women.

Fans and potential customers had a long anticipation after the campaign has been running for months. Both live unboxing generate interaction with fans. The online shop is ready while the unboxing is going live, so the customers can get the sneakers right away.
